I believe that I was given a second chance to get my health on track. I am humbled when I think of the millions of people living with diabetes before this age of knowledge and information. The American Diabetes Association helped me learn all about hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and its risks for leading into diabetes. I found the information they provided to be very helpful. That is why I volunteer with ADA. I hope that something written on this page might help you or a loved one delay or prevent the on set of diabetes and help those who are living with diabetes start their journey to a Healthier Lifestyle.
